i actually just got a smoking deal on a x1cr buggy, i have only ever run truggy so any help with a good base setup. diff fluids, shock oils and which tires you guys prefer. if i can get the setup close before i throw it down on the track that would save me a little time

Racerx, that's the same buggy I'm running. Which version is it (FTE, Pro, RTR)? For what it's worth this is what I ran in the points series (old track layout)...
SHOCKS - 35 front / Mugen 400 rear w/ red springs DIFFS - 5/7/1 (F/C/R) TIRES - Panther KII's
Hey Duck, which plug do you recommend for the OS RG? A5? That's the engine I'll be racing on now.

pretty sure its the fte it has the blue springs shown on the jammin website. i have been really happy with my crt it got me second in the series. im in the middle of tearing it down the car was basically new not a single scratch on the chassis but the previous owner has no experience building a kit. i dont think i have found 1 screw with loctite on it.
